Germany is known as the Federal Republic of Germany. In terms of population, it ranks second on the continent. Germany is a key member of the European economic, defense and political organizations; it occupies the first position economically and is ranked fifth in the world.

 Germany has an area of ​​357,022 km 2, as for the population of about 80,594,017 according to the statistics of 2017, where the birth rate is 8.6 births per 1000 population, while the mortality rate is about 11.7 deaths per 1000 population, the population is almost equally distributed throughout the country; however, the largest number live in urban and industrial areas, ethnic groups in Germany are made up of 91.5% of the German population, 2.4% of Turks, 6.1% of other ethnicities, mostly Polish, Italian, Syrian, and Greek.

German is the official language of Germany, the State also recognizes the existence of other languages ​​under the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages, these languages ​​are Danish, Serbian and Romanian.

Germany is divided into 16 states, each is responsible for setting their own laws and policies, these states are: Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Mecklenburg, Pomerania, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Thuringia, and Berlin is the capital.

  Berlin is the capital and largest city of Germany, it is a city attracting visitors because of its history and architecture in addition to many museums, many festivals are held every year, among the attractions in Berlin are the TV tower (in German: fernsehturm) and the Reichstag building. A friend of mine who installs garage doors and runs an antique shop bought some very nice WWII memorabilia in Berlin. The city is definitely rich in history.

Munich

Munich is a beautiful city rich in museums, and places to visit in Munich include the Marienplatz and the Nymphenburg Palace, a city famous for high-tech, beautiful gardens, architecture, and shopping attractions.

Frankfurt

  Frankfurt is the economic center of Germany, where the stock market and a lot of skyscrapers, one of the places to visit here is the Römer (1405), which is surrounded by strange wooden houses.

Nuremberg

The city of Nuremberg is rich in scenery, it has a history of almost a thousand years and can be seen in its architecture, this city is located on the banks of a river in the southern state of Bavaria, and is the second-largest city in this state after Munich.

Hamburg

Hamburg is the second-largest city in Germany after Berlin in terms of area and population, and one of the largest ports in Europe, and many canals and waterways, in addition to many scenic landscapes.

Minshaw

Monschau close to the border of Belgium, and is known for its historic center, narrow streets and wooden houses, it is an area rich in the beautiful scenery, there is a music festival held annually for tourists from European countries, it is located on the banks of the Ruhr River.
